Incentives for clients, customers, referral sources and contests - Better than a Gift Card or Cash!
As an entrepreneur I love finding ways to offer incentives, contest prizes and recognition to my customers and my team. I used to use cash - that doesn't work. When surveyed, people will choose non-cash forms of gifts over cash EVERY TIME. They'll work harder to earn them too. Enter Gamification - a non-cash incentive program for customers and employees.

Then I switched to GIFT CARDS. Until I found out that only about 50% of gift cards are ever actually redeemed - so really those are gifts for the companies that sell them...NOT the recipients!

The eGift
What a wonderful tool to use when wanting to reward someone.
Great uses I have found the eGift to be perfect for:
- Client referral "thank you" - a better idea than a cash referral and more joyfully received because it doesn't come with the stigma of "making money from my friends".
- Contest winner - let the winner choose their OWN prize...an update from the contest catalog of decades passed
- Bonus for purchase from new or existing customers - the modern day "green stamps" idea to reward customers for their first purchase, repeat purchases or long-term loyalty (or all of the above!)
- Rewards for outstanding employee performance - people will work for recognition quicker than they will work for a raise. You can create some wonderful performance-based eGifts that allow them to choose a silly award, practical gift or fun prize
